Service Level Agreement (SLA) for Chemcoolweb

This Service Level Agreement ("Agreement") is made between Chemcoolweb ("Service Provider") and the Client ("Client") for the provision of web design and related services effective as of [Insert Date]. Chemcoolweb, owned and operated by Freddie Snijman, is located at [Insert Address], Clubview, Centurion, Gauteng, South Africa.

1. Services Provided

Chemcoolweb agrees to provide the Client with the following services:

• Web design and development.
• E-commerce solutions.
• Blog management and blog monetization support.
• Google services integration, including Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Domain name registration and maintenance.
• Web hosting and email hosting services.
• Regular monitoring of website performance through LIGHTHOUSE software to ensure optimal functionality in terms of accessibility, SEO, best practices, and performance.

2. Exclusions

Chemcoolweb is not a specialized SEO agency and shall not be held responsible for changes in Google Search algorithms or any impact these may have on the search engine rankings of Client websites. Chemcoolweb’s responsibilities are limited to:

• Implementing SEO best practices at the level of web design.
• Providing general advice and tips on SEO through direct communication or blog posts.

Chemcoolweb explicitly excludes the following from its services:

• Management of Client’s social media marketing and SEO.
• Maintenance of Google Business Profile and other local SEO services.
• Technical support for email account setup or maintenance specifically related to Windows/Outlook.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide website content in WORD format without pictures.
• Provide pictures individually in .jpg or .png format.
• Provide logos in .jpg or .png format with a transparent background.
• Supply all necessary text for Home, About Us, and Service pages in WORD format.
• Provide all relevant social media URLs/links.

4. Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required upon acceptance of the initial quote, which will enable hosting setup, activation of the Site.Pro web builder, and email account activation. The remaining balance is due upon finalization of the website. Recurring monthly invoices will be issued on the 25th of each month and are payable by the first of the following month.

5. Termination

Services can be canceled with one month's written notice by either party. In the event of cancellation, the Client is responsible for all fees due up to the end of the notice period.

6. Legal Compliance

Chemcoolweb will comply with all applicable laws, including the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) of South Africa, ensuring all Client websites include necessary legal footers.

7. Amendment and Review

This Agreement may be reviewed and amended periodically to ensure it remains relevant to the business environment and technological advancements. Both parties must agree to any amendments in writing.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be resolved through mediation, and if necessary, legal proceedings in an appropriate court within Gauteng, South Africa.
